Matthew Gjonaj
Mr. Gjonaj is a securities and real estate attorney at Dean Law. Mr. Gjonaj focuses his practice on private equity transactions, fund formation, general corporate matters for private equity funds, and general real estate matters.
Mr. Gjonaj has experience working for US AM Top 100 law firm where he represented purchasers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, owners and managers in a wide range of commercial real estate matters. Mr. Gjonaj advised clients in resolving title, survey and due diligence matters, environmental issues and other side development issues.
At Dean Law, Mr. Gjonaj’s clientele is comprised of private equity funds, real estate funds, investment advisers and broker-dealers. He assists clients on various issues ranging from formation, structuring, private placements, contracts, and corporate governance. He advises clients through complex regulations, including the Investment Company Act of 1940, Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, SEC regulations, and FINRA rules.
